Solicitar restituição não resgatada na rede bancária é muito simples: o dinheiro fica no Banco do Brasil por um ano e o contribuinte pode pedir um reagendamento do seu crédito pelo Portal BB na internet ou indo a uma agência física.
Depois de um ano, o banco devolve os valores para o Fisco e tanto a consulta quanto a solicitação devem ser feitas pelo Portal e-CAC, no site da própria Receita Federal.
Todos os anos, a Receita disponibiliza virtualmente a consulta dos chamados “lotes residuais de Imposto de Renda”, com valores a restituir de declarações que estavam com alguma pendência fiscal ou débitos, assim como das declarações entregues fora do prazo.
Se você acha que tem valores a receber de declarações feitas em anos anteriores e percebeu que esse dinheiro não caiu na sua conta, vamos ensinar adiante como consultar sua situação nos sistemas do Fisco e do Banco do Brasil.
É fácil e prático! Você vai precisar apenas dos seus dados pessoais, do extrato da declaração referente ao ano em questão e de acesso à internet para consultar os portais digitais de cada instituição.
Como obter restituição de Imposto de Renda não resgatada no banco?
A Receita Federal faz o pagamento da restituição do Imposto de Renda através do Banco do Brasil. Se os valores não forem repassados para sua conta, será preciso ir a uma das agências BB para localizar e sacar o dinheiro ou fazer contato com a instituição bancária para reagendar a transferência.
Geralmente, a instituição faz os repasses corretamente e é recomendado aguardar pelo menos um dia útil depois da data prevista para o pagamento do lote no qual a sua restituição está agendada para recebê-lo.
Porém, não é incomum o contribuinte que fez a declaração corretamente e com valores a serem devolvidos pelo Fisco perceber que está com a restituição do Imposto de Renda atrasada.
Se houve algum problema administrativo ou se os dados bancários foram fornecidos com erros, os valores são guardados no banco por até um ano. Basta contatar os canais de comunicação do BB ou ir presencialmente a uma agência para recuperar seu dinheiro.
No site do Portal BB, clique no botão “Consulte sua restituição do Imposto de Renda”, informe o seu CPF e o valor a ser restituído com o acréscimo de juros.
Essa última informação está disponível no Portal e-CAC, da Receita. Depois de fazer o login, clique na guia “Meu Imposto de Renda” no lado esquerdo da tela, depois em “Extrato de processamento” e selecione o ano-exercício da declaração para encontrar o valor.
Você também pode recorrer à Central de Relacionamento BB para fazer esse reagendamento. Basta ligar para os telefones 4004-0001 (capitais), 0800-729-0001 (outras cidades) ou 0800-729-0088 (telefone de atendimento exclusivo para deficientes auditivos).
Lembre-se de que, após um ano, o banco devolve os valores para a Receita Federal e o processo para reaver o dinheiro é diferente. Confira abaixo!
